Shipping and returns
This policy applies only to online purchases.
We welcome any items for exchange up to 14days from your purchase date. Please note that the garment must be in its original condition, not worn and with the tags still attached or the return may be refused. Please note that the return postage fee will not be covered by us. All you need to do is send your order to the address listed in our Contact Us. When we have received your garment, your refund will be processed back to you the same method you paid us in.
All products are exchangeable. You may exchange your products with any products in Boutiquebelle.com.au for the same value you originally paid for. Please note that the garment must be in its original condition, not worn and with the tags still attached or the return may be refused. You may instead acquire a credit note for your next purchase at the same value you originally paid for.
All you need to do for an exchange is include a prepaid post satchel from your post office so we can send your new garment back to you. Please do not hesitate to call us on 0449925841 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note we are a small company working in limited runs and cannot accept goods returned later than this time frame. Please also note that returns are not available on specials/ reduced/ sale items.
